Terms.

The deal

TapCard is digital business card software operated as part of the Tap + Swift suite. By creating an account or publishing a card, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy policy.

Your account

  • You must be 18+ and able to enter a binding contract.
  • One Swift + Tap account covers TapCard, TapBio, SwiftBill, SwiftForm, and SwiftLead.
  • You are responsible for the slug you claim and the content on your card.
  • We may reclaim slugs that violate trademark, that impersonate, or that are inactive.

Acceptable use

  • No impersonation. The card must represent you or an organization you are authorized to represent.
  • No phishing, malware, or scam contact info.
  • No illegal or harassing content.
  • Don't probe, scan, or attack the service.

Billing

  • Free tier is free. Pro and Studio bill monthly via Stripe.
  • Cross-suite 50% discount on second Swift/Tap subscription on the same account.
  • Cancel any time. Access continues until end of period; no partial refunds.

Service availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee it. We may take cards down to comply with law, address abuse, or run maintenance.

Termination

  • You can close your account from /dashboard.
  • We may terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
  • On termination we remove the public card and purge data within 30 days.

Liability

The service is provided "as is." Total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid TapCard in the 12 months before the event, or $50, whichever is greater.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app.
